The University library resume services to non-members except in some endemic areas.
The University Library is not currently providing usage services (admission, browsing, lending, etc.) for non-members who come from endemic areas (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Kyoto, Hyogo, Fukuoka, Okinawa), depending on the Activity Restrictions Level for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 of the Toyohashi University of Technology.(updated: September 3rd)
We accept both photocopying and book borrowing request through affiliated institutions.
