図書館は平成29年3月末にリニューアルオープンしました。毎日大変多くの方に御利用いただいており，どうもありがとうございます。
図書館では施設環境のみでなく，図書館サービス全般について学生・教職員の皆様の御意見，御要望を把握し，
今後の図書館サービスの向上に活かすために，アンケート調査を実施することになりました。
回答時間は5〜10分程度です。
お忙しい中お手数ですが，是非御協力をお願いいたします。
■ 調査期間平成29年12月6日（水）〜平成29年12月27日（水）
■ 対象者 豊橋技術科学大学の全学生・全教職員
■ 回答方法次のどちらかで
1）学内の学生・教職員宛にお送りしたEメールに記載のURLをクリックして、WEBアンケートに回答

2）図書館１階マルチプラザに設置のアンケート用紙に記入

About the library user survey 2017
Many people have used the library since the renewal of the library at
the end of March, 2017. Thus, we would like to conduct a questionnaire
survey in order to get an opinion or a request from students and
faculty's staff, on library services in general as well as the facility
environment, in order to improve the library services in the future.
The response time is about 5 to 10 minutes.
We appreciate for your cooperation.
■ Period December 6th, 2017 (Wed.) - December 27th, 2017 (Wed.)
■ Target All students and faculty's staffs at Toyohashi University of Technology
■ Answer The answer method is either one of the following
1)Access to the WEB questionnaire by clicking the URL described in the e-mail sent to all students and faculty’s staffs.

2) Fill out the questionnaire form.The form is placed in the Multiplaza on the 1st floor of the library.
