Opening Hours

* Full Closed: Every 1st Thursday morning of the month, summer holidays, New Year holidays, collection inspection days etc.
Other than regular opening hours, after-hours opening (unmanned opening) is held except during full closed days and switching time from after-hours opening to regular hours opening.
Entering the room
The first floors is free to enter and exit.
For entry to the library space(2nd and 3rd floor), an ID card(student/staff card pass) is required.
Hold an ID card over the IC reader at the entrance gate and pass through when the gate opens.
# Please inform the counter if you forget to bring your card.
# Please use your own ID card,and pass through the gate one by one.
Hold an ID card over the IC reader (touch panel) next to the door and enter "PIN code" to the workstation area.It is necessary to attend library guidance to obtain "PIN code".
During Library After-hours, you need an ID card to enter the building.

Matters to be noted
Please observe the rules outlined below to ensure the correct usage of the library.
Rule violation may lead to a suspension of using library facilities.
| # No food or drink is allowed in the workstation area. Drinks with lids and water bottles are allowed inside the library entrance gate and information lounge. If you have food or drink that are not allowed, place it at the counter before you enter the main section. It will be returned to you as you leave the library. # Please use your own ID card to enter the library. Do not lend your own ID card or borrow another person's ID. # Switch off your mobile phone or change it into silent mode and do not make phone calls inside the library. # Keep quiet and refrain from talking loudly to avoid disturbing other library users. # Carry your stuff when you leave your seat. # If you damage any facilities or equipments by intention or negligence, or lose or damage the materials, you will be required to compensate. Please take note. |
